dataset of any survey under any circumstance. |

| Only properly and completely filled-up forms (with
attached SUMMARY) will be processed. |

| By default, identification variables are included
in the requested dataset. However, they are excluded from the
cost computation which will be based on the size of
the requested file in SPSS system format. |

| The UPPI-DRDF PopArchive offers its services for
academic use by faculty, researchers, and
students of universities and research institutions.
The user is required to abide by the following
conditions: |
 The
authorization to use the requested dataset shall apply
only to the specific request being made and to the DATA
USER. Under no circumstances shall he/she pass the
entire dataset or any part thereof to any other user.
The PopArchive shall hold the DATA USER fully
responsible for safeguarding the dataset from
unauthorized access or use. |
| Any
paper, report, thesis, dissertation, or other documents,
published or otherwise, emanating from the use of the
dataset as specified in the request shall give
appropriate acknowledgement to the PopArchive of the
University of the Philippines Population Institute -
Demographic Research and Development Foundation, Inc. |
| The
DATA USER shall furnish the PopArchive with copies of
all papers, reports, theses, dissertations, and other
documents, published or otherwise, emanating from the
specified research, as soon as these are available. |
| The
DATA USER shall erase the data file or return the
CD/diskettes to the PopArchive (whatever is more
convenient) after the authorized use shall have been
accomplished. |
| The
user shall be levied a one-time charge covering the cost
of generating such dataset. This shall be payable to
UPPI-DRDF c/o the PopArchive. |
